8 Healthy Snacks Options in India

Snacking between three meals a day is a resolute and inevitable tradition for most of us. A day without a snack is pretty unusual. Yep, we cannot live without them. Whether it be during times of sudden pangs of hunger or when you are stuck cramming for exams or knee-deep in work or during the routine evening tea time, snacks have always come to our rescue. Also, yeah, they are among one of those heroes who don't wear a cape.

So, here are some of the best and healthy snacks that you should indulge in. Let the snacks rescue you!

1.      Sunfeast Farmlite Active Oats with Almond Biscuits

One bite and you'll be obsessed. Oats are incredibly healthy and this gives you a good enough reason to have a bite. These biscuits can be a lifesaver and a tasty snack when you're working or busy studying. You can also maybe dip them in honey or chocolate syrup for a change!

2.    Flavours of Calicut Kerala Banana Chips

No matter how much I praise this snack, it simply will never be enough. Once you dig into this one, you won't be able to stop. Kerala banana chips are one of a kind and stopping yourself from binging on them can be quite the task. But that doesn't overweight how much of a great snack this is! And you’ll never know when you’ll run out of them.

3.      Ketofy Choco Fudge Cookies

An evening snack that can be coupled with tea, coffee or milk. Thechoco fudge cookies never disappoint. Rich in proteins and healthy fats, these cookies are perfect if you're on a diet. The rich dark chocolate taste of the cookie is why it stands out.

4.    Parle Monaco Cheeselings

As a snack that's hard to stop munching on once the seal is broken, Cheeselings are a perfect option for one of those "rare binge snacking" moments. It's salty flavour and crunchiness is worth the indulgence. Parle never disappoints.

5.    Yogabar Multigrain Energy Bar

These snack bars are perfect as an evening snack that's crunchy and loaded with whole grains. Nuts and seeds pack a whole lot of nutrition. And these bars have got them! Rich in protein and fibre, you can keep them handy when you need a quick boost.

6.     The Healthy Cravings Co Roasted Makhana

Rich in antioxidants, gluten-free and a healthy snack. Roasted makhanas enchant you, and you can't stop them. Whatever it be the time of the day, you can grab a pack of these and relax. Or I'll do you one much better: you can share!

7.    Cornitos Nachos Crisps Cheese & Herbs

Cornitos gives the infamous Mexican snack an Indian twist. They're made with corn oil and are gluten-free. Munch on them when you’re craving or you can get experimental.Sauté the nachos with some chopped veggies with some shredded cheese or bring on the salsa, and you're good to go!

8.    Graminway Healthy Ragi Diet Chips

Gluten-free, high in fibre, rich in calcium and also a good carb. What more reason do you need to embrace ragi? These ragi chips endorse nutritional snacking, so don’t feel guilty if you lose yourself a little on them. You can replace your go-to potato chips for this one if you're looking for healthy options!
